Hello! I am Rozan

I am a registered member of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have extensive multicultural experience working with clients specialising in anxiety, emotional distress, immigration adjustment, trauma and self-esteem. I can conduct session in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

    I understand the challenges of adapting to new environments and overcoming cultural differences. I am fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, and I provide psychological counseling services to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, such as expatriates, immigrants, and individuals dealing with cross-cultural challenges.

    During my years of training as a counsellor, I also worked with many different adult and minority groups, including those affected by anxiety, low self-esteem, emotion management, career and life confusion, work stress, substance abuse, and parenting issues. With years of background in business and mental health, I bring a unique blend of cultural sensitivity, empathy, and therapeutic expertise to my practice.

      My Counselling Style

      My consulting style is person centered. During the counselling process, I will openly express my feelings rather than play the role of a consultant or expert and let you find solutions to your problems. I believe the best answer lies within you. I will not suspect anything you tell me, I will only listen with my heart to what you choose to talk about.

      Online Counselling Service
      • The primary goal of mental health counseling is to help you understand, manage, and overcome a variety of psychological and emotional challenges to improve your perception of happiness and quality of life.

      • The counselling sessions take place through online platform (Google Meet/Zoom) which provide great convenience and flexibility to you.

      • The frequency of counseling sessions can vary widely, from short-term, solution-focused therapy to longer-term, in-depth psychotherapy, depending on the nature and severity of the concerns being addressed. Typically 6 sessions are recommended.

      • All conversations are kept strictly confidential, and I strictly follow the professional ethics codes of BACP and HKPCA.

      • HKD 500 / EUR 60 per session (60 minutes each session)

      • Provide a 20-minute initial consultation, free of charge, so you can decide if I am the right counsellor for you

      Three Simple Steps to Start Journey

      1. Schedule a 20-minute initial call
      We will have a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can simply share your situation, ask any questions you have, and understand if we are a good fit for collaboration.

      2. Arrange the first formal meeting
      If we both feel it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule our first formal counselling session and start building a safe psychological space for you.

      3. Decide on the frequency and direction together
      Based on your needs, we will discuss the appropriate frequency of sessions (weekly or every two weeks) and explore the counselling direction that best suits you. This process continues until you feel more stable, stronger, and closer to inner peace.
