I am Rozan - A integrative psychotherapist, mindfulness and sound healing practitioner

I have extensive multicultural experience working with clients specialising in anxiety, emotional distress, immigration adjustment, trauma and self-esteem. I provide counselling services in Chinese and English.

Through a person-centered approach, my goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, manage and overcome various psychological and emotional challenges, provide you with psychological support and direction, and transform negative emotions into healthy states of mind.

What To Expect In A Counseling Session?

Every counselling session is unique. I will first understand the problems you are facing and listen carefully to your thoughts and feelings.

The first session usually starts with you telling me the "story", and then we work together to identify the issues that need to be addressed and decide on the next direction.

Most of our communication is through conversation, but we may also incorporate art or other sensory methods to express emotions more deeply.

There is no right or wrong way in counselling.

The most important thing is that you will have a comfortable and safe space to heal and explore your inner emotions, giving you psychological support and opportunities for personal growth.

How Many Session Do I Need?

Counselling is a unique and personal process.

Some people can make significant progress with just a few sessions, but many need more.

This allows enough time to explore and resolve issues.

When you feel you are ready to deal with the issues you have faced, you are free to end the session.
