About Me
I provide you with a warm and non-judgmental space,
make you feel truly seen, heard and understood.
Hello! I am Rozan, an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, mindfulness meditation and IPHM certified sound healer. I have received professional psychotherapy training in Hong Kong and overseas, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, expressive art therapy, and international career development facilitation. I am also a multi-instrumental sound therapist. I hope to help everyone in need gain emotional health and real happiness in their physical, mental and spiritual growth.
As a therapist, the most important thing for me is for you to understand:You deserve to be loved and accepted unconditionally. There are times in our lives when things feel too overwhelming for us to resolve our personal emotional and relationship distress. Counselling can provide support, clarity, and direction when you are facing challenges, and give you the strength to navigate profound life changes.
You may feel pain and sadness at the beginning of the healing process because you are bravely opening vulnerable wounds and slowly healing the wounds within with patience and love. However, counseling can give you a place where you feel safe, supported, and encouraged. Pain is like a by-product of the transformation process. Once transformed, we will become stronger and stronger like a new life.

My Background
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I had eight years of experience in project management in the business sector. Before I switched from the business sector to a new career path in psychotherapy, I had provided many counseling and support services in Hong Kong, including mothers of ethnic minorities, drug addicts, adults with social phobia, anxiety, low self-esteem, and emotional management difficulties.
I have faced several major life transitions that were not only related to changing to a new career, a new life role, and a new life environment, but also involved a completely new self-identity, which brought me new attitudes and experiences in life. All of my psychotherapy knowledge and skills resonate with my personal life experiences. Each challenge allows me to look at problems and conflicts from all angles, which allows me to continue to grow.
My Beliefs
I believe that each person is the expert on their own life.
My focus is to encourage and empower you to break free from the chains of self-doubt, expectations, and limiting beliefs and accept the things we cannot control. I will help you discover new potential and develop positive emotions to cope with uncertainty. Additionally, I use a combination of therapies to address each individual's needs. I sometimes combine modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, sound therapy, and mindfulness practices depending on your needs. Using both conversational and non-conversational approaches, you will have a multifaceted healing experience, slowly connecting your body, mind, heart, and spirit. What’s more, it can improve your perception and sense of well-being.
