    My Counselling Style

My consulting style is person centered. During the counselling process, I will openly express my feelings rather than play the role of a consultant or expert and let you find solutions to your problems. I believe the best answer lies within you. I will not suspect anything you tell me, I will only listen with my heart to what you choose to talk about.

        • I firmly believe in the positive nature of human beings, that we always strive to do the best for ourselves no matter what condition we are in or what problems we face.
        • I believe in the uniqueness and value of each person and we all deserve to be respected.
        • We have the ability to choose our own direction in life and our own values in life.
        • I believe you are the only expert on your own inner world and the only person who truly understands how you feel. You are the only one who can decide who and how you should be, the only one who can decide what the meaning of your life is and what you should do with it.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What Is Psychotherapy Counselling?

Mental health counseling is a professional service provided by trained therapists or counselors to support individuals in addressing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Through a collaborative and confidential therapeutic relationship, mental health counseling aims to promote self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.

Instead of providing answers, the counselor walks alongside the client, offering empathy and validation while creating a safe space for exploration. Through the counseling process, the counselor helps the client tap into their own inner resources and potential. They facilitate self-discovery and insight, empowering the client to uncover strengths and solutions. Ultimately, the goal is to foster autonomy, self-awareness, and empowerment in the client, guiding them towards overcoming challenges and achieving their goals.

    5. Self-Empowerment:Through counseling, you can develop a sense of empowerment and self-efficacy, enabling you to make informed decisions, assert your needs, and take proactive steps toward positive change.
What To Expect In A Counseling Session?

Most of our communication is through conversation, but we may also incorporate art or other sensory methods to express emotions on a deeper level.

There is no right or wrong way to counsel. We will slowly guide you in exploring what matters most to you, creating a supportive environment for your personal growth and self-discovery.

How Many Session Do I Need?

Psychological counseling is a unique and personal process. Some people can make significant progress with just a few interviews, but many people need more. This allows ample time to safely explore and resolve issues.
